The Multi-Chem Vision for
Health, Safety and the Environment

Multi-Chem Approach:
Multi-Chem believes that no business objective is as important as personal safety. It is our policy to conduct business in a manner that promotes safe work habits, sound environmental practices and compliance with industry regulations and will never pursue business results at the sacrifice of these policies, practices or regulations.

Because of this approach, our customers have the peace of mind knowing that they are partnering with a company that is watching out for them, their employees and their stakeholders’ investments. As a customer, you can concentrate on your core business and not worry about spending additional time, resources or liability on HS&E.

Continuous Improvement
Our focus is to constantly evaluate and reinforce all aspects of our safety program and continuously improve them to ensure the well-being of our employees, customers and the community. We don’t settle with being status quo… we are always searching for better ways to approach production challenges in the safest way possible. We do this through careful analysis of our operations and by tracking trends in order to learn from our history. This process has enabled us to:

  • Lower our overall injury rates.
  • Lower the severity of any injuries that occurred.
  • Increase HS&E awareness throughout the company and in the field.
  • Continuously improve our processes and procedures.

Simplifying Safety
We believe that HS&E doesn’t have to be complicated. By making safety attainable to our team, we are able to more successfully implement processes and procedures that will be followed successfully.

  • SIMPLICITY: By not overloading our team with extraneous information or tasks that may not be applicable to their specific environment, we are able to create a manageable program that is more easily adopted.
  • FOCUS: We focus in on the programs that are significant and beneficial to the team, creating a sense of ownership and personal involvement.
  • EFFECTIVENESS: Safety is not about checking a box, it’s about being effective in the processes we have.
