• Foam Assisted Lift: Learn to identify candidates for foamer application and the test procedures associated with it.
• Corrosion Technology: Learn to identify the different types of corrosion, and how and where to apply chemical.
• Water Technology: Learn to analyze water production from a single well or field to aid in assessing or preventing production problems.
• Accountability: True leaders are those that show accountability in all that they do. This class will give you the words that accountable people use and discuss the actions they display. This class is offered in full 2 day version and can abbreviated to a 2 hour training.
• Time Management: Time is the one resource that is in such short supply, and the one that we so desperately need. Learn to take advantage of time through the discussion and use of several tools. It is offered in the full day form, or 2 hours.
• Situation Leadership: The Situational Leadership model will help you understand your leadership style and how to adapt that style to the development stage of your employee. Full version of this class is 1 day, but can be offered in a 2 hour summary.
• DiSC Personality Profile: Through taking a short assessment, you can learn about your behavioral style and preferences. This will also help you learn about the behavioral style of friends and coworkers around you, allowing you to better communicate with them. The assessment takes about 30 minutes and is completed before class. The class is 2 hours.
• Coaching Your Employees: Your employees deserve more than a boss, they deserve a coach. This class will aid you in becoming the best coach and mentor you can be to your employees. This interactive class ranges from 1 to 3 hours according to class size.
