• Regional technical service supervisors travel to customer sites to aid in evaluating new products, surveying fields and troubleshooting problem areas
• These technical service groups operate fully equipped mobile laboratories that are capable of conducting a complete survey of production and operational systems
• These laboratories are used to assist in the development of technical recommendations to help solve customer production challenges and optimize existing business
• Each mobile laboratory is operated by a team of technical operations professionals that evaluate programs, process and develop new formulations
• This team has the ability to customize chemicals and programs for individual customers in the field, resulting in exceeding customer needs quickly and efficiently
• The mobile laboratories allow Multi-Chem to provide the most accurate analysis possible, as some samples may change dramatically in shipment to the lab
